Redeye

your third choice - is that "Mana with a bargepole", "SBL's with a bargepole", or "both with a bargepole"? Some clarification required.

I am still not sure what you're looking to acheive here - should perhaps this thread have been moved to the Padded Cell?

Dear Rico...as a potential future SBL owner I'm simply curious as to how many people around here use the Soundbases under 'em.

Simple enuff question innit?

The third option is there for the convinience of the Mana hating fraternity.

In that case I would suggest you evaluate a speaker on its own merits - save the hot-rodding for later on.

Joel's take on SB's under SBL's is that at anything less than CDS/52+135's you'd better be prepared for merciless delineation of the shortcomings of your source.

Wow - so those doublets won't be staying long then! Got yer mains done yet? Mine's still waiting. frown

They just won't be co-habiting the same room as the (maybe) SBLs.

All good mate wink
