Naim 112/Flatcap2 vs. Linn Kairn/Linto

Has anyone made this comparison? I can't get to the dealer for several weeks, but I'd be interested in hearing about other people's experiences before I do. I'm planning to upgrade from a Linn LK-1 preamp. Front end is all Linn: LP12/Ekos/Karma and Karik/Numerik. Amp is Linn LK-280 into Linn Saras. Thanks!

JR,
if you want to keep your LK280 go for Linto/Kairn, no contest. Anyway these kind of questions will give you no help IMO. You'll have completely contrasting answers depending on which forum you are (Naim or Linn, of course).

Whoops--The Naim set-up would include an MC phono stage.
