As said earlier on this thread, I think it is a case of turning up, introducing yourself as a Forum Member, writing your name on a list, and going from there...
It seems to be a pretext for congregating forum members for a good sesh, and that sounds really good to me.

(a pint each that is!).I am currently planning to go on Sunday. But remember, its a long time till next Sunday, and someone might, just might, crack the ladder problem and claim the champagne!!
Mind you, I wouldn't loose too much sleep over it.
