Forum Features

Is it possible to get links to each page of a given topic on the front page so it would say "Forum Features 1 2 3 4" in the box if there were four pages? I just saw what appeared to be an infopop-driven forum with this feature.

I know one with a link "go to first unread reply"
on each topic.
Think it's vBulletin though.
