Nac252 and old supercap (olive style)

I have got a Nac102/Supercap and I have been looking for a S/h Nac52 during a long time but I did not find a single one.
So , I guess , I will wait and buy a new 252 as soon as I could; But is the old supercap (olive style) able to power a Nac252?

Yes. I often find adds for s/h nac52 but only coming with a supercap!!! :-(

So what might be a reasonable price for:

a second hand 52 with super cap?
a second hand 52 pre amp only?

Is'nt anyone going to give Bruce an answer? I for one would be curious to hear folk's opinions and recent experience on 52/SC and also 52/PS plus any comments regarding sonic differences between the two teams?
