A little problem with iRadio

Posted by: Nagoya on 29 April 2012

I have a specific little issue with iRadio when trying to add new stations on a SuperUniti. When searching with the Naim remote I was looking at all stations listed under New York — currently there's 465 — and when I try to go the last one from the first, reverse scrolling from 1 to 465, the system hangs, and the station playing stops. I can reverse scroll under other geographical locations with the remote. Perhaps this is unlikely but has anyone else noticed this or would like to check out their unit? The problem might be particular to the SU.Thanks very much!

There seems to be something odd about this. I tried with NaimUniti and the result was that the display said "Please wait" and after awhile the station playing stopped and the system hanged. I also tried to scroll the list forward and managed to reach nr. 400 but not any further (total amount of stations 468). Sorry that I could not help you to solve the problem but at least you know that you are not the only one.

OK, thanks very much, Osprey and TW. I did email Steve Hopkins about this about 3-4 weeks ago but he must have been too busy quite understandable and it's not a critical issue to sort this one out. Thanks!
