is it a Problem, when i sit the Userve beside the Hicap on the Rack?

No,it's not a problem as such. Everything will function correctly but you may not get the optimum sound from your system as the unitiserve is really a computer and can have a derogatory effect on hifi components. So best to site away from the rest of your system.
