Unitiserve can't rip CD

I've recently bought 2 CDs and am not able to rip it at the US. After checking space message, the CD is ejected automatically. I tried to unplugged the network cable but it doesn't work (I came across this issue before and unplugging the network cable worked). Anybody have this experience and help on this. The CDs can be played in play mode... Thanks.

I just find that I cannot edit/delete any tracks and album information also. No matter through DTC, iPhone or web-based interfaces. Pls help... I am using the latest 1.6c software.

The sticky at the top of each forum - if you require support then the best way is to contact Naim directly.

 

You don't say whether you have a Unitiserve 1Tb or a UnitiServe SSD but my *GUESS* from what you've said is you have an SSD version and its network store has (possibly by being turned off or otherwise unavailable when it was required for access) been reverted to a read only share (hence not being able to rip new discs or edit the details of existing rips).

 

This is completely a guess though and support is much easier to do by direct contact so please do email us and we can get you sorted effectively...
