RipNAS 1TB with 3TB storage box

I've just hand two hard drives replaced at HDX in Austria and a new Teac disc drive factory fitted six months ago.Tonight the bloody thing's crashed again.

I've lost patience with it.It's on Naim's recommended list.Does anyone with some IT knowledge want to make me an offer?
