Virgin Media SuperHub Connectivity Issues

We have recently been made aware that some UK customers have been having issues with internet radio playback via the Virgin Media SuperHub. We have been in touch with Virgin Media and their recommended solution is to place the SuperHub into modem only mode and use another router connected to the superhub for providing connections into the house.
