RADIOIO Vocal Jazz

I listen quite a bit to iRadio and enjoy the diversity of the radio stations immensely and it's suitability as background music. One of my favourite stations is the above station which sounds very good despite its 64 kbps limitation. Recently I've noticed an occasional 'high pitch whistling' sound in the background which detracts from the musical enjoyment. I've tried other stations but none of them I tried is afflicted with this phenomena. Does anyone know what might seem to be the cause! I am curious to know.

sorry I don't but like iRadio, a classical station and Paradise. I like vocals in jazz going way back, don't know many of the newer singers. Ella, Etta, Nat, driving around I have 40s music on Sirius.

I've had a classical station on several times lately and it drops out every once in a while. Probably a buffering problem but I don't listen to stations under 100kbps
