Naim Supernait - does it have an asynchronous dac ?

I'm looking for a good quality amp to partner a newly acquired music server requiring an asynchronous dac to connect to (without a v-link/bridge etc) and wondered whether anyone could please confirm whether the Supernait's dac has such a dac ?
