AV2 Problem after 3.5 years of operating, since last repair.

 

When I manually turned the device on, it had lost all of the settings. 

 

I re-entered all the settings and the device seemed to work okay, however while testing, the device would lose any digital signal, after five minutes of use. The digital signal came from two separate devices on two separate inputs. 

 

Does this sound like a previously known problem?
