ND5XS wont boot!!

Can anyone help?

When i power it on it lights up and displays ND5 XS on the display, but that is all, does not go any further.

Its the same regardles of connections, DIN removed / RJ45 Removed.

Any Ideas ?

Have you got the Burndy link plug in ?

Yeah, the unit powers on but does not add the loading ND5XS screen Without the link it does not even power on
