And the winner is... AKA who's the no. 1 forum member ?

Posted by: Jan-Erik Nordoen on 18 July 2012

Just noticed that Hoopla has modified the profile section. There's a little more information on how community points are accumulated and some other changes, including a listing of a member's posts. We all get a ranking... where the lower score is better.

Any guesses for top spot ?

It's got to be Stu, hasn't it?

Posted on: 18 July 2012 by Jan-Erik Nordoen

That was my first thought too, but no.

You're right - it's Big Howard!

I just got an email to say I had a follower. What's that all about? And I'm ranked 530, which may be good or bad, depending on your point of view.

It means you have a fan, or a stalker.

How many do you have? And why would anyone follow the drivel I contribute?
Posted on: 18 July 2012 by Forester

I'm 4135th - does that mean I have to play with Rangers next season?

Posted on: 18 July 2012 by BigH47

Well I never thought I could out perform Gale 401.

Seems like  I need to go shopping for new life?

....and just think I can make my profile even more amazing. Fine if you're 15 I guess.

Not sure I have been No 1 at anything before.

Well, I am barely posting these days, and am ranked sixteenth!

But no one actually likes to be number one do they!

One man's drivel is another's useful information...

If you go into the "Manage" menu, then "Notifications", you can turn off notification when someone *follows* you or *likes* your post.... Social media, what a weird place.

I think this calls for an exploding sausage...

Haha, very good Forester.  You're down there with the likes of Peterhead.  At 2086 I've got to be in the Irn-Bru Div 2, way above you with the likes of Arbroath and East Fife.

Steve, any followers are very welcome!! Perhaps I'll post some recipes! It's all very new fangled for a middle aged fool to cope with. Perhaps Howard will be awarded the freedom of Crawley for services to hifi, or posting of album covers.

Is this the new charts, how many weeks will Howard be Number 1?

Posted on: 19 July 2012 by Derry

#113 - don't understand how.

Posted on: 19 July 2012 by Gale 401

Who is Number 2?

Worry not. Howard made it to top spot, despite lambasting Hoopla during the forum switchover, IIRC.

Still No. 30 (according to a reputable numerology site, the number 30 indicates :

Great communication skills, being super-creative and entertaining are attributes of the number 30.  30 is popular and well liked by all and enjoy having a good laugh and a fun time. 30 is known to be a cheeky and charismatic energy.

People with the 30 energy love to talk!  They despise upsetting others, and will go out of their way to avoid conflict.  They do well when given the freedom to express themselves.

30 IDEAL GIFTS

Men love tools or anything they can build. Women like painting/s and ceramics.  Both sexes enjoy anything to do with entertaining, such as karaoke machines, alcohol, champagne flutes, CD's and board games, are all suitable gifts for the 30 Day person.

So there. You can send me a CD now, and a bottle of your finest single malt. 30 years old preferably.

... and as to what it all means, numerology to the rescue

NUMBER 15

15 DAY NUMBER

The keyword is ‘Spirited’ because these 15 Day people have a lot of ‘spunk’.  They keep their private lives totally private and don’t enjoy intrusion or publicity.  They are very discreet and prefer to stay out of the limelight.

Home and family mean a great deal to the loving 15 Day person and they enjoy the security of a settled family life and the need to feel the frequent expression of their partner’s love.  The more aloof they seem, the more they are in need of affection.

15 Day People are an interesting mixture because of the independence of 1, the freedom-loving, receptive quality of the 5, mixed with the harmony-seeking energies of the 6.  This creates quite a complex, but gentle and loving vibration.

They are independent people who can be quite rebellious at times.  They can give the impression that they are extremely tough individuals  -  but in reality they can be very sensitive, vulnerable and soft, loving people on the inside.  They don't allow others to get too close until they trust you, but it is worth the effort because 15's are very loyal, faithful, caring friends.

15 DESTINY NUMBER

These people are a funny mixture because of their independence of 1, the freedom-loving receptive quality of 5, mixed with the harmony of the 6, therefore creating a more gentle vibration.  They are independent people who can be quite rebellious  at times and they can give the impression that they can be extremely tough, but in reality they can be very sensitive, vulnerable and loving people on the inside.  They don’t allow you to get too close until they can trust you, but it is worth the effort because they are very loyal, caring friends.

15's are very artistic and creative, with a gift for languages.  Passionate and gutsy, you can get stuck in situations you don't want to be in. They love harmony, music, creating things and group activities.
The purpose of the 15 Destiny  number person is to send out love and teach others.

Proves that numerology stuff is true, I am converted!

I would have thought the associated characteristsics of all numbers in numerology should be 'gullible' actually.
