dtc cannot get status of my ns01

Today I wanted to login to the vtuner site to get access to one of the stations that is not listed in the dtc list of vtuner stations, but I know is on the vtuner site.

I wanted to use the mac address of the ns01, and tried to get the system status from the tools tab in the dtc, but instead of working like is used to I get the following error also after restarting the ns01:

Unable to retrieve system status. The server did not respond in time, or is unavailable. OK.

I have had a similar error from time to time but now it seems to be a permanent error. I have tried using the dtc on 2 different computers with the same result.
