Zoneripper issues

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Zoneripper mini to store all my music - I have started ripping CD's into it which is working fine, the problem I have is I cannot see it on my iMac so would not able to download music to it.

I have this morning connected my wife's windows laptop - I can see the Zoneripper icon but it will not let me into the device, even using the supplied username and password for the Zoneripper

The player, iMac and zoneripper are all connected via netgear gigabit switch on LAN. I can stream music but cannot see it to download new music to it or make any adjustments

Any ideas would be very much appreciated

go to there website/ .support and it will show you how to ascess zone ripper cheers .i have the max version which is fine

Rich, i have gone the the support site and followed the instructions for both window and MAC. But still without sucess. Good to know yours is working fine and believe these to be agood product
