Hello.
New to the forum and have a question with regards to an N-vi i have recently purchased.
Can any owners advise me as to the frequency of the cooling fan coming on, and the length of time it runs once on.
My unit fan comes on approx 1 hour after turning on, then after cooling, comes on every 30-40 minutes for 5-10 minutes.
It is fairly light duty, as it is normally in stereo mode for tv use.

Has it been hot and humid where you live?
Has your n/Vi got lots of space/air round it? It needs to breath.
The fan on mine only used to come on during music DVD sessions when it was getting lots of use.

Thanks for your reply.
The room temperature has been a fairly consistant 21-23 degrees.
The unit is on its own single tier stand with nothing above.
The unit is going to Naim next week, as it also needs software upgrade to alleviate shutdown issues.
Hopefully on return all should be ok.
