Has anyone had any experience with the Liv Concepts ripping NAS? It looks pretty good on paper with a keen price, but it doesn't look like they have any physical dealers and their website has been under construction seemingly since before the internet was invented ...

Liv build mini servers around Vortexbox - you are paying for the convenience of not having to buy or build an intel based PC and installing Vortexbox which is free and not officially listened by Liv.
The ease of use and reliability is IMHO down to Vortexbox and I would rather build my own bespoke server (which I did) or buy from Sonore or Wyred for Sound who actively licence Vortexbox and work with Andrew whose rather brilliant idea it all is in the first place.
