Airplay on the way?

Today I happened to look at the Sound preferences in my MacBook Air (Mountain Lion), and lo and behold, one option was "Naim HDX & Qute   -    Airplay."   Huh?  How does my Mac even know I have those two devices?  I selected this option and tried playing iTunes, and of course neither HDX nor Qute responded, but still...

Anybody know what's going on here?
