It's great to see the wealth of information and experiences shared by fellow naim users. I appreciate everyones insight and recommendations to truly enhance your hi-fi experience. Special thank you to Simon who should be working for Naim! His knowledge and advise is truly awesome!
I know that Phil Harris actively visits this forum to share advice from time to time. I truly hope that the information on this forum is shared with the corporate office. Many companies pay third parties for product and customer satisfaction feedback. Naim has it available at their fingertips....
now what they do with this information is completely up to them.
Overall I'm satisfied with my UNITI however I would like to see the following ....
1. Resolve SQ issues between WAv and FLAC files. Theoretically it should be possible to obtain small performance levels.
2. Improve N-Stream app to include Volume on all screens
3. Airplay
4. Simplify software updating process - over the internet would be ideal.
I look forward to your comments..

Hi Robko,
We try to take as much as possible into consideration from the forums but you have to understand that there is so much traffic on here - and often threads get taken off in different directions or things get posted in threads that are different to how the thread started so it's impossible for us at Naim to read every posting and filter everything back into the system here.
This is why we try to get anyone who actually has a requirement for support from us to email the support email address (support@naimaudio.com) otherwise it just depends on one of us happening across the posting (and if it's buried in an existing thread then it's even harder to come across).
Once we get a support request at the support email we can log it and track it through to completion.
There is a huge wealth of knowledge and experience on here (as you've said) and the guys on here are very willing to help - Simon in particular is very helpful - but please remember that requests for functionality posted on here might not be seen by Naim and that as well meaning as some of the advice that is given on here is (and I'm not meaning Simon here) only Naim employees or representatives can really know the inner workings of the products so I would suggest that we really should be the port of call for support wherever possible.
Cheers
Phil
