Playlist tracks missing after 3.16 update?

I finally figured a way to update my NDX firmware to 3.16 using a Mac with Parallels software. It took trying 2 different 232 serial to USB cables, a pliers, and multiple driver searches but finally worked! Then I discovered ALL the tracks from all my Playlists are missing?!! Please tell me there is a fix! The title of the playlists are all there but nothing in the folders?

Help please!

P.S sorry if this is addressed elsewhere but after multiple searches in the forum did not find anything.

I realized I didn't clarify that it's the playlists I created on my UnitiServe-SSD that are gone. Again in n-Stream the names of the playlists are all there, but there are no tracks in any of the folders

Has this happened to anyone else?
