They are very similar.
Main difference seems to be a slimmer case and no swing-out draw. The UnitiLite has a more conventional CD-type automated slide draw.
Naim has always claimed the swing-out draw provides sonic benefits and is retained and improved for the Uniti 2.
However, I think there's new DAC chips in the UnitiLite and maybe other incremental circuit improvements.
To be honest, on price it looks very good. The original Uniti was special so no reason to think the UnitiLite won't be. But, as they say, listen for yourself and decide.
As an aside - I'd say in the next few months original Unitis may be showing up S/H for seriously decent prices.
