You seem to have issues with me Adam. Up you pop again. I'm writing in paragraphs. Not much I can do if the iPhone app has other ideas

Mediterranean weather, I think it was in a small Cyprus village called Finikaria(34c in the shade- under a parasol). Not snow but scorching,  reflecting sunlight on concrete and white painted walls with a little camera over-exposure. The clay ovens are a bit to the left, hidden from sight, where they do those lovely lamb shanks and roasties. And you're right, they are bushes and the cold beer is also sight of sight. Paradise!

Well, at least I got you and the bushes right, but snow in Cyprus, now THAT would be some news!

It has happened. It snowed in Cyprus once when my cousin was on her honeymoon there in the late '80s.

Yep, it snows  in Cyprus, up in the Troodos mountains and mount Olympus.

I have just heard some live recordings off the new PIL album.

They are brilliant imo.

Shine.

Only got to see PiL once (early 1990's).

While being a mild fan of their recordings I thought their live show was awesome.

Lydon has the X-factor in spades.

Anyone seen today's Dilbert cartoon. Fabulously relevant to this thread "I like to have opinions" "But not informed opinions" "It takes so much work to get informed that it defeats the whole point of having an opinion in the first place." "What exactly do you think is the point of having an opinion?" "The point is that it feels good." I could go on
