DAC dilemma

Dear Naimees,

Recently i bought a Naim Nait XS and i must say i love the amp. However i am not completely satisfied with my dac. My current dac is a MF V-DAC II with BOTW power supply. There is a digital glare in the high frequencies that i can't get rid of.

To confirm the problem is in the dac, i bought a second hand tubemagic D2 dac.Great dac, but it lacks dynamics and tight bass. Treble is very good tho.

Setup:

NaimXS

Dynaudio X12

V-dac II

Monster optical cable between PC and DAC.

MGK-226 interlink

Van Damme Copper speaker cable

Rega DAC

Naim DAC

RDAC

Do you have any suggestions regarding my question?

I have purchased a Chord Cobra 3 between my DAC and XS. System as follows:

Tubemagic D2

NaimXS

Dynaudio Excite X12.

Naca5

Chord Cobra 3.

All i need now is a decent dac. Shortlist:

Young DAC

MDAC

NaimXS streamer

Rega DAC.

Could you help me to make a good choice?
