iPad error with HDX

Anyone.....

the option to change album cover has stopped working on the iPad. I've:

1. Deleted the nserve app and reinstalled it.

2. Rebooted iPad.

3. Factory reset iPad 

4. Rebooted router

5. Rebooted HDX

Same fault, click on an album, select edit, select change cover, select web search, nothing happens, select web search again, app exits and goes to main iPad screen.

I've got web search as google, does it with all web search options under settings on iPad nserve settings.

anyone had same experience?

any suggested solutions?
