Scott Walker - heads up

The great man has a new album out on 3rd December, called "Bish Bosch" (geddit?).
A friend, who has already heard it, tells me that it is "like The Drift, but more so", and that it is at least as extreme as that rather, er, challenging LP.
As far as Scott Walker has influences, my spy says that there are hints of the more extreme ends of Magma and VDGG in there, although no sides of beef are being pounded this time.
Looking forward to it already...
On 4AD, on vinyl, CD and download.
Got it on order ... Tilt is a masterpiece and The Drift was nearly as good.
Most things Scott does are worth a listen ... Some mid 70s stuff excepted ... between Nite Flights and Climate of Hunter.
So who will go to the ball ... Pola X is worth a listen too

Agreed Guy, "Tilt" was one of the very best LPs of the 1990s. Glad to hear that someone else rates it!
