Netflix HD? Any good?

Wanted to get a trustworthy opinion from people who may have used Netflix....

How does their HD streaming compare to a Blu-Ray (via PS3 - not a high-end player).

We find Netflix to be about DVD quality. Maybe a bit better. Our TV isn't large so we don't notice much difference.
