Music library Artist and composer names order. HELP!

Dear friends

I'vie just Had a strong discussion with the dealer that has ripped for me all my CDs

He has made everything in alphabetic order by NAME, not SURNAME.

So Bach is at J ( johann Sebastian), not at B (Bach)

He said that this is GD3 tagger...

and he said that even dbpoweramp does the same

I'm a Mac user and with iTunes and XLD the tagging is by Surname alphabetic order.

Don't know about GD3 or dbpowermamp 

Please advise your pov
