"no items" in N Stream

I am loving the sound of my ND5 XS but whenever I use the better Upnp Compatibility option I lose all of the songs. The albums come up but show "no items" when I enter them. All the more frustrating as it's an intermittent problem - sometimes it all works perfectly.

As I said, loving the sound but missing the simple interface of the Sonos.
