Desk top client not working

I have a problem with the desk top client on my pc. Can't get it to load on to the desk top, all i get is a pop up digifi desk top client not working windows looking for a solution but no solution happens. Any ideas?

I have re installed the Desk top client from the disk that came with my unitiserve.

The problem began after my routers wi fi packed up and so am using a wired connection to my pc until BT pull their finger out and send me a replacement router, but thats another story.

Would appreciate any offers of a solution.
