Unitiqute update

Hi guys, I've had my unitiQute for a few months now and just now managed to borrow a windows laptop from work, and a USB to serial port adaptor from a friend. I want to update my Qute's firmware but not sure if I should risk going from 3.0 to 3.17 or if I should do the update in increments. Has anyone updated their firmware with one go to the latest and were there any complications? Thanks in advance.

Does Naim advise against doing a 'big' update? I doubt it. The sw should take care of it. I have done incremental as I was beta testing the firmware updates on my SU.

Just do it - it could have all been done by now!

Thanks Badlyread, I went for it and updated in one go to the latest firmware. It took about 15mins and all seems good

What does new software offer over the previuos version?

Apart from the clock feature on the Qute's display I have not noticed any major changes. However the n-stream app now allows me to create play lists and put tracks into a play queue, which it didn't before the firmware update. And I find it a great feature. If I find any other changes I'll post them.
