Ipad posting.

I'm replying from an iPad, so we'll see if this works...

1. Copy the image to your iPad (hold finger on picture until Copy / Save option appears)

2. Now, back on the forum, in the Post Reply window, hold finger on window until the Paste option appears. Select Paste.

If this works, you should see a CD 555 below ( it shows on my iPad).

... And now it doesn't show. So much for that method.

OK, got it now :

1. Copy the image

2. Open a new tab in Safari

3. Paste the picture into the address space (this inserts image URL into address bar)

4. Select the full URL in the address bar

5. Back on the forum, paste that into the image URL space in the Post Reply window.

Do you see the CD555 below ?

One  other question,  or is it me!! I seem to have to "hit" buttons/links on the Naim forum to open "stuff" several times. It does not happen on other sites just here. Is this correct?

i do not have the problem of hitting buttons multiple times on my ipad, must be a local issue.

Its great to see how to post pictures from the pad. never been able to do that before.

Multiple "hits" might be misleading on my part. Certainly on a couple of "hits" might be nearer the mark. We have both ipad 1 & 3 with the same issue on my home network and other networks. Not convinced it's a local issue. I'm sure. i have read else where on this forum with others experiencing the same issue.

Strange how it just happens on the Naim forum?

So much easier to post on the wam and pink fish which both are tapatalk compatible.

Same issue here in an iPad 3. For example, to reply with quote requires hitting the " icon twice. If only the rest of life's problems were this *important*...
