I don't clean my own - I pay someone to do it for me. 

My wife allows me to practise putting in the bedroom as long as I don't wipe my balls on the sheets.

Ok, I'll try again. This was actually a *serious* post about the best way I have found to clean the fraim bearings in an ultrasonic bath

i wonder how many people have an ultrasonic cleaner available to them?

these are used in hospitals for cleaning surgical instruments, to my knowledge. not sure why a domestic situation would warrant one?

No kidding!  I was about to suggest one of these:

with the caveat to be careful you don't get a calf cramp getting in position if it's a little to high...

Problem here is that you can only clean 1 ball at a time
