Hi all,

Just tweaking the settings for my HF2 and was wondering what other users had theirs set at on MacMini Audio midi set up, particularly sample rate?

I dont have any "hires" but all of my collection is ripped Apple Lossless via itunes, running through BitPerfect.

Can't give advice specifically however it would be good to know what you hear and think of HiFace2 as an improvement to sound quality. Is it the BNC type connection?

I have a HiFace 1 BNC connected to my Mac Book Pro feeding the nDAC. I use Fidelity (Audiofile Engineering) as a player. With this I set the output to automatically match the connected device/song sample rate.

I also run my i-Tune library Apple Lossless files through Fidelity.

Does Bit Perfect automatically set sample rate?

Yes it does, however i dont think the HiFace 2 does.

I think this needs to be "set" at a certain rate.
