Problem updating to 3.17 SU

When trying to update I get an error message saying  "failing to he discover the product on the network". However above it says product model and network address 192.168.1.4 and when I go into the SU setup the ip-address is the same 192.168.1.4? Still it ask me to retry... What should I do?

I am connected wired.

Anyone?

I had that but there is an option to type the ip address directly into the updating software after it failed to find my SU and that then worked for me. I also had to do it once later in the process when the actual download started. All works fine now.

Yes there is an option to type it manually. But it does not work it asks me again to retry every time so? Anyone?
