UnitiQute US MSRP
Posted by: Bart on 06 February 2013
I see that the price has been lowered in the UK, but have heard from my local dealer that it's still $2495 here in the States.
Do any of you fellow Countrymen (or women) have any different info?
(The UK price, in dollars, is only $1880 at today's exchange rate.)
Hi Bart,
The UnitiQute on TSO's Nov 2012 retail price list is $2,495. That's the latest I have.
Hope you are doing well and making progress on the man cave . Cheers!

The man cave is going to have a Qute, and yet to be determined small speakers. My local dealer doesn't sell Totem, but does sell Rega, PSB, and another option or two. My birthday is coming up and I like to treat myself Cheers Randy!

The Totem Mites are good.
Yes, something very small, Mites or the like. I'll listen to a few options. There has been lots of useful info here over the past few months about such small speakers, so I know which ones are the leading candidates

NSats+NSub!!!!!!!
The term "man cave" does kinda cry out for a sub, doesn't it? And maybe a neon beer light?
I think the term cries out to be thrown back to the 90's, where it might die naturally, in dignity, if possible.
It's all about "the People's Cave", in Century 21.1.
Nick,
You're spoiling the image for me. I'm hoping that when he gets it finished, Bart will invite us all to his man cave to play poker and smoke cee-gars. Crank up the tunes, that's what the sub is for.
It is the rich timbre of Mr. Darcy's voice, heard through Allaes, as if for the first time, that leads to true domestic harmony now. Still, a cigar and BTO/GFRR with the lads once a decade should not be too much to ask.
I heard his old lady is cool with it, too.
It's not even cave-like It's really more loft-like. The top floor of our townhouse has the master bedroom and bath on one side, and a little sitting area (with a skylight!) on the other, where there's a small couch, desk, home network hardware (cable modem, Airport Extreme, nas, uServe) and 50 inch plasma. I'll often sit up here and surf the net from the couch, but I'm not a big TV person and so I need some music up here.
The shoebox sized Qute can go right on the little rack with my uServe, and plug into the switch I have there Makes it far too easy really.
