dematerialized audio with my AV2 ?

Hello all,

I got a 5.1 system composed by an AV2 connected on NAP 150x + NAP v175

I would like to know the best configuration for dematerialized high quality audio while keeping my existing configuration :

1/ buy a NAC-N 172 XS connected on my NAP 150x (I think it is possible to connect my av2 on the nac-n 172 xs ???! can someone tell me if I'm right ?)

2/ buy a ND5 XS connected on my AV2 connected on my NAP 150x. (AV2 has a good DAC, ND5 is better or not ?)

3/ buy a squeezebox using the Av2's DAC

Best would probably be to connect the ND5XS to the AV2 via analog and go analog direct with the AV2. The DACs in the AV2 are good but the ND5XS DAC should be better. Try it both ways and go with whichever you prefer.

Then again, re option1, I don't know how good the NAC-N172XS is as a pre-amp.

An SBT connected digitally to the AV2 would certainly be a much cheaper option. I doubt it would be as good as either of the other options, but it would be an inexpensive way to dip a toe in the waters.

I also wonder if the Linn Majik DS could be the best solution...

Linn seems to give a great sound and Naim doesn't provide any android solution to browse my nas

I don't know if bubbleupnp android app works with the ND5 ???
