DVD ripping software suggestions please

I have finally downloaded DVDaudio Extractor and successfully ripped The Raven That Refused to Sing (Steve Wilson) at 24/96, but ELP's debut wasn't recognised in 2 channel form. Can anyone recommend alternative (free?)software and safe providers?
