Tag question....again!

Hi,

I normally use DB Poweramp to rip CD's. On this disc DB does not find the metadata I can't be bothered to enter it in. As an option i opened itunes and it did find disc info. I ripped this album which has X3 discs. The first disc was correct. Disc 2 & 3 was as below. I checked the tag, CD 2 etc was there and all seems ok. 

What am i missing?
