172xs hang :(

I recently bought 172xs stream preamp, yesterday I was listing to the music, suddenly I realised that the volume doesn't work , i tried to change the mode and do other stuff but the system didn't respond to anything i turned in off unplugged it then turn it on again, this time display showed this message "Firmware are updating please don't switch it off"
This message still there and no respond to anything, after 12 hours I switch it off and on but same message
I Spoke to Naim help centre, and he told that the software isn't updated automatically, it should be manually. I don't have Windows at home ' i am a Mac user' so i can not connect it computer, and I believe it doesn't make any different. Because the system is hamged.
BTW is anybody knows how TO RESET the system I.E Control, Alt, Delete ?
