Unitiqute not responding.

Hi all, 

 

I've had my 'qute' for around six weeks now, I leave it switched on as per the operating manual. Tonight I used the n-Stream app as per usual, but the app informed me the 'Streamer was not responding'.

 

Initially I thought it was just a wi-fi issue but when I resorted to the qute remote I get no response and no display indication.

 

I've tried switching the unitiqute off for a few minutes and back on again but still the only signs of the machine being on are green naim logo being illuminated and the green and amber network led's illuminated on the rear.

 

Anyone have any suggestions or does it look like I'll have to return it to my dealer (70 miles away!)

Server not found means that your software can't find the Qute.

 

verify your Qute IP address, and verify that the IP is correct in the software you are using on your computer. You may have to manually enter the IP in the software. 

 

This happens to me periodically with my SuperunitiBut generally after having the unit turned off awhile... But not always.

This happens to me too with the Qute, once in a while...what's the reason...I just don't know.

This also use to happen to my unitiQute. I manager to solve the problem by using a static IP for the Qute.
