RESTORE UNITISERVE HDD + SOUND CARD SSD

I have 2 questions

1) UNITISERVE SSD is it equipped with a new sound card (such as HDX SSD)?

2) how to backup a HDD it is restored? the music files they are restored to the same location as the ripped files?

The Userve as I understand it only has digital out, so the card cannot be the same, also the Userve does not share the same hardware unlike the other servers, where the basic hardware is the same, but features are different.

Others have asked how a restore can be performed, if it needs to be done at Naim SQ or can be done by the user or through technical remote support, but I have not seen an answer from Naim or from unlucky users who have experienced a restore.
