Dear neighbour I cannot see your car outside in the car park are you away?
Hello neighbour yes I'm away until tomorrow morning so you can play your music loud.enjoy

Obviously living on a top floor flat has its downsides but if you have a good system so not to annoy the neighbours downstairs the days where you can play it as loud as you like are so much more precious.
