Hi

Did you put it into shut down mode using the front panel logo BEFORE hitting the on/off switch? If not it could spell trouble.

i personally find how the switch on the back works a bit confusing so would go for another recycle it I were you.

If it seems totally dead, check the connection of the power supply to the UnitiServe.  Make sure it's connected well.  Check the connection to the mains supply, too.  It's either a problem getting power from the mains, or something with the unit that requires repair.  Otherwise at least the front logo would light up and it would try to boot up.

the power does not work any more. I change it for another one and everything is ok. Does anyone have problem with the power cord, it is only eight month old. I will call the seller.

I had no issues with my power supply for it, but anything electronic CAN fail, for any of a variety of reasons.

Obvious question, have you checked the fuse?

I'm on my third power supply. Apparently, the early ones had a habit of losing voltage. This sounds very similar to my experiences.
