Fabio, if you wish for your image to show up in your posts (rather than as an attachment thumbnail) then basically, yes. Either find an image or use one of your own hosted by an image hosting site. Copy the direct link to that image and then paste it into the image dialog box (insert/edit image button on th Post Reply toolbar).
