Inception

For Christmas I bought Inception as 'The Film' for watching on the day, via Amazon.
I was DEEPLY disappointed with the quality of the disc, to the extent that I started inventing conspiracy theories where DVD mastering was deliberately reducing the quality of product, to emphasis the improvement offered by BR.
Interestingly apparently WB have stated that some of the discs ARE defective. Problems include terrible sound and poor picture quality, jaggies, skipping etc.

The offending disc has the code SE SP 08 at the bottom right hand of the disc.
Apparently, if you have the same code but with V3 at the end, then its ok.
To get a replacement disc, free of charge, go to the Warner Bros. UK website, where there is an announcement of this problem on the Home page at the bottom right-hand side, where it tells you to email them at wbcustomerservices@technicolor.com.
