They do deal with grey imports. I bought a Nikon lens from them for a good price but you don't get the manufacturer's UK warranty. If I had any issues the lens would have had to been returned to them. Not much of a risk with a lens but with a camera you could be without it for a longer time.

I have done a bit more research and placed the order. Warranty is not so straightforward but I'm banking on past experience which suggests that if it's a duffer it's probably going to be so out of the box. 

What did you buy?

I bought an EOS 5D Mk3 body and it came out over a hundred less including the grip that the body alone from my usual selection of retailers, who I phoned round this morning to see if they could price match. Which, given they were quoting on UK stock was, I suppose, too big an ask.
