Its ripping, but where is it?

Just started ripping cd's with my new Unityserve. Everything was working fine using the Synology NAS. All of a sudden no new ripped cd's are showing up on the NAS. In the Naim desktop client, it's showing the rip in the ripping monitor. But these latest rips are not in the NAS. I did restart both but to no avail. Where are they going?
Is it the ordinary UnitiServe, or the SSD? If the former, they will be in the UnitiServe.
It is the SSD UnityServe.
If you look in the web interface, you should see the music store being used. I've just bought a synology, and am having a nightmare!
I am starting to detect a pattern with recent problems.
I took a few screen shots from ripping a Strawbs cd. NO JOY!
Is there a new manual detailing the changes for the DTC latest version?
Not sure how to do this. This is all brand new to me.

I wish there were a pattern -- one that'd help me/us/Naim get to the bottom of what's going on for some of us. My guess is that, like most home networking issues, the fact that each user has a rather unique combination of nas/home router/settings/wifi robustness/etc etc, it's just the randomness of the universe creeping in.

I did look at the internal SSD space and your right, the last cd ripped is sitting there. Why it won't go to the folder were everything else ripped is still a mystery. Its only been a month.
The nightmare world of streaming: NAS, twonky servers and streamers...
The work of the devil....

You do need to change the priority in the DTC. Pick the store you want to rip to, and 'increase its priority.'
Otherwise it'll just keep ripping to the ssd, which is not what you want.

Bart I assume DTC means Naim Desktop Client? I see RickNAS\CD_Music........this is where the rips should be going. Please show how to "increase priority". I see zero option.
OK, I found a page and here it is.
How do I add the store here?
The only music store I see in that screenshot is the default store on your ssd, which of course is too small to use. I don't see RickNAS\CD_Music in that screenshot. It appears that you've not made that folder into a music store. The uServe manual has a good description of how to do that.
Once you've done that, you can select it in the screen you posted, and click the Increase button which as you can see in your screenshot is grayed out presently.

This was all set up and working perfectly (not by me) until mid July. I did nothing that i can think of to make it magically disappear .
Have a look at my thread about synology. There is some really useful stuff, from others i hasten to add.
Have you fixed the IP address of the Serve with Naim's set IP tool? Have you set the IP address of the NAS, including the address, subnet mask and dns server address? I had no idea what any of this was, but once set it all works now. Change the name of your music store to all one word and all lower case.
Once it is all correct, you will see the NAS as a store, and can select it. You need to think about show you will do a backup as well, unless you are relying on the CDs for that. I only use my NAS as backup, with the prime copy in the Serve.
