NDX Faulty

Hi , I seem to have a fault develop today on my NDX . When I powered it on,  nothing appears on the screen but the left and down arrows light and stay on.

It is still working, controlled through nStream.

Has anyone seen anything similar to this ? Is it easily resolved ?
